It is not a cleaning company. It does not clean houses, does not employ cleaners, does not own any equipment, and does not send anyone to your home.

What this site actually is

It is an advertising site. It exists to help people in the Detroit area find a house cleaner, and to send those requests to cleaning companies that want the work.

That is the whole arrangement. There is nothing hidden in it.

How it makes money

Cleaning companies pay a flat monthly advertising fee to receive the requests that come through this site.

The fee is the same every month. It does not change based on how many people call, how many jobs get booked, or how much a job costs. Nothing is added to your price, and this site earns the same amount whether you hire someone or not.

That matters, and it is worth saying plainly: because payment is flat, there is no reason to steer you toward a bigger job or a more expensive company. There is nothing to gain from it.

What happens to your information

What you enter on the quote form is sent to a local cleaning company so they can quote you. A copy is kept so the request does not get lost.

Where it covers

metro Detroit, centred on the Woodward corridor and the Oakland County suburbs. Coverage depends on the cleaning company a request is referred to. No single company covers the whole area.
