That is deep cleaning. It covers the things routine visits skip: inside the oven, inside cabinets, baseboards, window tracks, behind furniture. It is also what most people book when they only want a cleaning once.

You are moving

That is move-out cleaning, done after the furniture is gone. Renters book it to get a deposit back. Buyers book the move-in version so they are not living in someone else's dirt.
